Returns & exchanges

Every Yakout piece is checked before shipping. If the size does not fit or the item shows a defect, we undertake to exchange it under the conditions below, in accordance with Law No. 18-05 on electronic commerce and product-warranty regulations.

48-hour exchange

You have 48 hours from receipt to notify us of an exchange request, whatever the reason: size, colour, or simply a change of mind. After this period, only manufacturing defects are covered.

To request an exchange:

• Message us on WhatsApp with your order reference (e.g. YK-1043).
• Describe the reason and attach a photo if the item is defective.
• We arrange pickup or give you the return address, then ship the replacement as soon as the returned item is received and checked.

Condition of the returned item

• The item must be unworn, unwashed and free of perfume, with its original tags.
• It must be returned in its original packaging or equivalent protective packaging.
• Items altered or personalised at your request cannot be exchanged, except for defects.

Costs

• Manufacturing defect or an error on our side (wrong size or colour shipped): the exchange is entirely at our expense, both transport legs included.
• Size change or change of mind: return transport and re-shipping costs are at your expense, at the carrier rate shown on the Delivery page.

Refunds

As the sale is concluded cash-on-delivery, a cash refund applies when an exchange is impossible (item sold out, confirmed defect with no replacement available). It is made through the carrier or by transfer within a maximum of 15 days of receiving the returned item, in accordance with Article 22 of Law 18-05.

Refused parcels

If you refuse the parcel on delivery without giving a reason, the order is simply cancelled once the parcel returns. Repeated unexplained refusals may lead us to request additional confirmation for future orders.
